Everything We Know About the New WB Horror Encounters for Fright Nights 2024
Fright Nights 2024 at Warner Bros. Movie World is set to introduce a thrilling new experience with the addition of four terrifying horror encounters. These WB Horror Encounters will feature some of the most spine-chilling characters from the studio’s vast horror catalog, marking a significant expansion of the park’s annual Halloween event.
These will take place on Main Street, outside of Ricks and is a Photo Op.
Here’s everything we know so far about these new additions:
Crooked Man Encounter
One of the most unsettling figures from The Conjuring universe, the Crooked Man will take center stage in this new horror encounter. Known for his eerie presence and distorted movements, guests will step into a twisted version of reality where nothing is quite as it seems. The Crooked Man’s encounter is set to blur the line between reality and nightmare, leaving guests questioning their surroundings.
Pennywise Encounter
Pennywise the Dancing Clown, from Stephen King’s IT, makes his terrifying debut at Fright Nights this year. The encounter will take visitors deep into the sewers of Derry, where Pennywise awaits. This encounter promises to bring guests face-to-face with one of the most terrifying characters in horror history, as he preys on their deepest fears. "We all float down here," but will you make it back to the surface?
Regan Encounter
Straight from The Exorcist, the Regan encounter will allow guests to witness the horrors of demonic possession firsthand. The unsettling sights and sounds of Regan’s torment will unfold before you, and the question will linger: can she be saved? This encounter is sure to deliver some of the most intense moments of Fright Nights 2024.
Valak Encounter
The infamous demonic nun from The Conjuring universe, Valak, will stalk her way through Fright Nights. In this chilling encounter, guests will feel the cold breath of terror as Valak closes in on them. Her relentless pursuit promises an intense, nerve-racking experience that will leave a lasting impression.
The introduction of these four horror encounters adds a fresh element to the lineup for Fright Nights 2024. Each character is drawn from iconic Warner Bros. horror films, offering guests a chance to step into scenes from well-known thrillers and experience the fear firsthand.
We believe these encounters will take place in the former WB Studio Showcase space, utilising the location to bring these chilling characters to life. While there are no new mazes for 2024, these encounters are expected to add fresh experiences to the event.
