The trains for the new "Flight of the Wicked Witch" and "Kansas Twister" roller coasters have arrived on site, marking a key milestone in the development of the new for 2024 Wizard of Oz precinct.

Kansas Twister
Kansas Twister, on the other hand, is a traditional sit-down roller coaster designed to capture the rugged spirit of rural Kansas. The ride is styled to resemble farm machinery, with rugged red-coloured cars branded under the fictional "Kansco" farming company. The train features bucket-style seats with secure lap bars to keep riders safe during the ride. As a family-friendly coaster, Kansas Twister will likely include a series of banked turns, mild drops, and a layout that simulates the chaos of being swept up in a twister. Its design suggests a fast-paced journey with rapid twists, tight curves, and a thrilling finale, all while maintaining a more accessible thrill level for a wider audience.

Flight of the Wicked Witch
Flight of the Wicked Witch is a suspended coaster that will give riders the sensation of flying through the skies. With its hanging design, guests' feet will dangle freely as the train navigates sharp turns, drops, and inversions. The train's design is inspired by the Flying Monkey uniforms, featuring a sleek blue and red color scheme that adds to the ride's eerie atmosphere. The seats are ergonomically curved, equipped with secure harness bars to provide both safety and comfort as riders experience the twists and turns of the track. This suspended coaster promises high-intensity thrills, offering a mix of dynamic movements and airtime as it races along its suspended path.

According to recent reports, testing for both "Flight of the Wicked Witch" and "Kansas Twister" is expected to begin within the next month. This development brings the new precinct one step closer to welcoming guests. Stay tuned for more updates as they emerge.
